Pct. 4 Assists in Child Porn Arrest
LIVINGSTON, March 15, 2014 - Members of the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable’s Office were part of a multi-agency investigation that led to the arrest of a Polk County man on Thursday for possessing and sharing child pornography.
He is unemployed and was home when officers arrived.
Fleet admitted downloading and making images of child pornography available to others. A forensic triage of Fleet’s computer revealed around 100 images of child pornography involving male and female children, ranging in age from approximately 6, to approximately 15 years old.
Fleet told investigators he discovered his fascination with child pornography involving children around the age of 13 when he was 17 and first viewed some of the illegal images.
Joshua Fleet is charged with four counts of second-degree felony Possession / Distribution of Child Pornography. He was booked into the Polk County Jail. His bond is set at $25,000.
