Don Taylor Rotary District Governor Nominee

LIBERTY, January 19, 2012 - At the January 18, 2012 Liberty Rotary Club meeting Past District Governor Rose Austin announced that the District 5910 Governor Selection Committee had met to select the Rotarian who will serve as the District 5910 Governor for Rotary year 2014-2015. She announced that Liberty Rotarian Don Taylor had been selected to fulfill that position. In his capacity as District Governor, he will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the forty-one Rotary Clubs that make up District 5910 in southeast Texas. Liberty Rotarian Don Taylor is to be the third member of the Liberty Rotary Club to serve as the District Governor of Rotary International's District 5910. Previous District Governors from Liberty are Don Strickland (1967-1968) and Norman Dykes (2001-2002).
