Pharmacy Burglary in Liberty

LIBERTY, January 10, 2010 - The Liberty Medicine Chest Pharmacy on Grand Ave., between Main and Travis Streets was the victim of a burglary on Friday, January 1, 2010 at around 2:30 AM.

Officer Frank Longoria with the City of Liberty Police Department took the initial call and was the first investigator on the scene.

The unidentified suspect in this burglary made entry into the store through the drive-through window on the east side of the building.

Taken in the burglary were a variety of painkillers, including Hydrocodone, Vicodin and Lorcet. In total over 700 pills were stolen.

The City of Liberty Police Department seeks the public’s assistance to identify the man shown breaking into the building in the photographs in this story.
