Car Dealership Victim of Theft

LIBERTY, November 18, 2010 – Officer Hugh Bishop of the City of Liberty Police Department informed i-dineout.com today that the Liberty Dayton Chrysler dealership in Liberty was the victim of the theft early in the early morning hours on November 17, 2010.

At 2:35 AM on Wednesday a man broke through the rear fence of the dealership and spent about one hour on the premise.

Surveillance camera caught the burglar on tape.

The burglar found a customer’s truck, a 2010 Dodge Ram that was at the dealership for body repairs, got it started and drove out of the dealership after cutting a lock on the gate.

The 2010 Dodge Ram is gray in color with body damage on the rear and police are searching for the vehicle which belongs to a man in Batson.
