Burglar Caught in Local Storage Buildings

CLEVELAND, August 25, 2010 - On Sunday, August 15, 2010, the Cleveland Police Department received a 911call from the owner of the 321 Mini-Storage located at 1407 E. Houston Street advising there was a subject on the premises stealing property from the storage units.

When officers arrived on scene they observed a red Chevrolet truck attempting to leave the premises. Officers stopped the truck that was driven by Brady Cheyenne Lloyd of Dayton. Officers found several items of property in the truck that had been stolen from storage units.

After walking the property CPD officers discovered numerous locks had been cut off of a number of the units. A lessee of the one of the units was on scene and identified some of the property that was in Lloyd’s possession.

Lloyd was arrested and charged with Burglary of a Building (State Jail Felony) his bond was set at $7,000.00.
