Three Individuals Charged with Sex Crimes

LIBERTY, December 21, 2010 - On December 17, 2010, investigators with the Liberty County Sheriff's Office executed multiple search and arrest warrants off of County Road 379 in the north part of Liberty County resulting in the arrest of three individuals.

The warrants were the result of an extensive investigation into the allegations of sex crimes involving young girls. Prior to these warrants being executed, an additional suspect, Edmundo Garcia, had been arrested a week earlier.

The three individuals arrested on December 17th were Jimmy Lechinger, 49, Ana Hutson, 47, and Adelina Banuelos, 40. These three individuals have been charged with Sexual Performance by a Child. In addition, Banuelos has been charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
Childrens Protective Services also assisted in the investigation and the placement of several children of one of the suspects.
