Accident SH 105 at Liberty Lakes

MOSS HILL, July 19, 2010 - At approx 10: 50am, Angel "Rick" Leal (age 41) of Cleveland, tx was traveling west on Hwy 105 turning into Liberty Lakes (Old Cypress Lakes) and upon making a right turn James Michael Haines (age 30) of Montgomery, Tx was also traveling west when his vehicle lost control and hydroplaned causing his vehicle to make contact with Mr. Leal's van and colliding with the rear of the van.

DPS offficer Martinez was called to the scene and there were no injuries. Mr Haines received citations for Failure to control speed and Failure to maintain Financial responsibility.

Mr. Leal was insured.
