Liberty Fireworks Display Update

LIBERTY, July 1, 2010 -The Liberty Police Department will have bike patrol officers in and around the City Park for the fireworks festivities.

Once the fireworks have ended, Cook Road leaving the park will be One-Way Contraflow. If you are in the right lane, you will have to turn South on Main, back towards town. If you are in the left lane, you will have to turn North on Main, towards the bypass.

City ordinance prohibits alcohol in the City Park. The Liberty Police Department reminds all motorists to be aware of children in the area.
