Earthquake in Chile PART II EDITORIAL

LIBERTY, February 27, 2010 – Since, “Earthquake in Chile,” was published earlier today… (See Related Story… Earthquake in Chile EDITORIAL) I’ve heard from several audience members concerning the, “End Times.”

Given the current state of our economy, one person said, “Frankly, I’ve been counting on it. The end of world is my retirement plan.”

Another said, recalling 911, “Science flies you to the moon… Religion flies you into buildings.”

I look at it a little differently.

The Almighty had a big plan, to save the world and given the state of things we’re in, there is much left to accomplish both outside and particularly inside the church.

One person put it this way, “There are a lot more conversions in prisons these days than in churches.”

With all this left to do, I don’t think the Almighty will be pulling the plug on this old world anytime soon. There would be far too much left undone to accomplish his original goal.

There’s much work to do.
