Shauberger Indicted for Making False Statements in Court Proceedings

LIBERTY, August 27, 2010 - According to records obtained from the District Clerk’s Office in Liberty County, Eddie Shauberger was indicted by a Liberty County Grand Jury on August 18, 2010, for making false statements under oath in court proceedings in Harris County and Liberty County.

Shauberger is alleged by the Grand Jury to have stated in the 55th District Court of Harris County that he was NOT an owner of LCST at the time the statement was made.

You may recall that LCST was the corporation set up by Ray Akins and Eddie Shauberger in their attempt to take over the Health Care Business that Eddie worked for and was a partially owner in here in Liberty.

Secondly, the Grand Jury alleges that in a hearing in Trial Court Cause NO. CV0800830 in the 75th District Court of Liberty County, Shauberger stated that he was a 50% owner in LCST from July 2007 up to April 6, 2010.

The Grand Jury after hearing testimony indicted, local, Republican Activist and former Candidate for Office, Edward Ross Shauberger for Aggravated Perjury.

Shauberger turned himself in to the Liberty County Sheriff’s Department and posted a $2,500 dollar bond to secure his release pending trail.
