Mayors Proclaim Constitution Week

LIBERTY & DAYTON, September 10, 2010 - Dayton Mayor Steve Stephens and Liberty Mayor Carl Pickett each proclaimed September 17 through 23, 2010 as "Constitution Week," in their respetive cities. September 17th, 2010 marks the 223rd anniversary of the drafting of the Constitution of the United States of American.
