Liberty Police Chief Addresses Libertad Chapter, NSDAR

LIBERTY, March 25, 2010 - The members of the Libertad Chapter, NSDAR, were honored to have Liberty Police Chief Billy Tidwell present a workshop on Women's Safety at their regular March meeting.

He also gave an update on new police staff policies and said that the bicycle patrol was extremely effective in the neighborhood patrolling.
