AUSTIN, November 5, 2009 - As you probably know i-dineout.com was served with a subpoena early in October by Attorney Barbara Norwood on behalf of her client Phil Fitzgerald. That subpoena was withdrawn the day before we were scheduled to appear in court.

The Texas Press Messenger, the Official Publication of the Texas Press Association, has published an article by Houston Chronicle Reporter, Cindy Horswell concerning the incident.
