H1N1 Vaccination Clinics in Liberty County
LIBERTY, December 21, 2009 - During late December and January the department of state health services will be offering a number of H1N1 vaccinations clinics throughout the 7 county area (Austin, Colorado, Matagorda, Liberty, Wharton, Waller and Walker).
Nurses will be offering free vaccinations to all persons who present at these clinics.
"While flu activity in the state has decreased significantly over the past few weeks we must remain ready for a possible third wave," according to Emergency Management Coordinator Tom Branch. "We encourage each of you to get yourself, your family, and you community vaccinated."
