Food Preservation Class

LIBERTY, October 7, 2009 - On Thursday, October 15 beginning at 6:00 p.m. the Liberty County Office of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service and the Liberty County Master Gardener Association will host a program on Food Preservation at the Liberty County Courthouse Annex at 2103 Cos Street, Liberty, Texas. Alexis Cordova, County Extension Agent for Family & Consumer Sciences for Liberty County will explain and demonstrate some of the best ways to preserve vegetables and meats. Anyone interested in attending, RSVP to the Texas AgriLife Extension Service, Liberty County at 936-336-4558, Ext.221 or 281-593-0405, Ext.221 by the close of business day on Wednesday, October 14. This program is free of charge.
