Food Preservation Class LIBERTY, October 7, 2009 - On Thursday, October 15 beginning at 6:00 p.m. the Liberty County Office of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service and the Liberty County Master Gardener Association will host a program on Food Preservation at the Liberty County Courthouse Annex at 2103 Cos Street, Liberty, Texas. Alexis Cordova, County Extension Agent for Family & Consumer Sciences for Liberty County will explain and demonstrate some of the best ways to preserve vegetables and meats. This program is free of charge.
