Dogs Rescued in time for Christmas

WESTLAKE, December 22, 2009 – A Westlake resident, Marie Henson writes, “Over the years I have seen, witnessed and rescued many animals that are continually dumped off in our neighborhood. This morning on my way to work another set of puppies were dumped at the spillway on CR 443 aka Westlake Road. I hope the cruel person that dumped them reads this because I want you to know we fed the starving babies, gave them a bath and my husband took them to the Brookshire Brothers parking lot where 3 thankful families found it in their heart to give them a chance at life and to brighten some kids Christmas!”

The puppies will be having a Merry Christmas!! And THANKS to the people who stopped by at Brookshire Brothers this morning for giving them a loving forever home!!
