"Brick Walls" in Geneaological Research at LCGS LIBERTY, October 15, 2009 - The Liberty County Genealogical Society will meet Tuesday, October 20th, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the upstairs meeting room of the Sam Houston Regional Library and Research Center. “Brick Walls” in genealogical research will be the focus of the working program. “Brick Wall” is the term used by genealogical researchers when they reach an impasse in their research and can go no further. This will be a hands-on session to implement and learn methods of getting around these walls in research. Members are asked to bring their “Brick Wall” sheets and other information to help solve their individual research problems. There will also be discussion on the new website for L.C.G.S. that is about to be launched and several upcoming interesting programs, workshops and field trips.
