Candidate Paul Kelly Responds

DAYTON, December 16, 2009 - In response to the above article: My name is Paul Kelly, I fill like I have a duty and am- obligated to the Citizens of Liberty County to respond to this article. I can tell you that I do not use illegal drugs and I do not drink alcohol nor was I using illegal drugs nor was I drinking alcohol at the time in question. Shortly after this happened I talked with well- known citizen in Our County: Here is some of what I can recall ( It was a normal day, I got up for work around 6am,It was my day to take our son to school, we went down the road and picked up my nephew his cousin. I dropped them both off at Woodrow Wilson Jr on HWY 146. Then I proceeded down HWY 90 to go to work like I had done for years. I drove all the way down 90 to the belt, turned right to old 90.. The police took a breath analyer which was .0,, I do not know why they did not take a urine and/or blood sample.. An expert doctor said it was a reaction to medication that was prescribed by my doctor, this case is still under review). Their are times when the system fells us and I'm sure I am not alone when I say that, Sometimes all the prosecutor thinks about is getting a conviction and not getting the truth. I guess Now these few folks in Liberty are going to try and use this to derail my run for office. They want to keep the same good -ole-boys club in our County. The no grow corrupt politicians that think they have every right to hold on to power at the expense of the tax payers and our local economy. They believe they can use their position, their influence and the Court to get whatever they want whenever they want it. Let me tell you a little about who I am.. I am 46, Married 19 years to my lovely wife Heather, we have 3 children. We have lived in Liberty County(Dayton) for 11yrs before moving to Dayton we lived in Clear Lake, together we own Dominion Air & Heat LLC - an HVAC Mechanical Company in Houston on old 90, we are members at Crosby Church and Love are Pastor..Just recently my wife and I completed a 13 week course with the Harris County Sheriff's Department called,(CPA-Citizens Police Academy) we had a great time and got to see first hand what our Law Inforcement Officers go through especially at night... Back to the Family.. The American Family - which is constantly under attack by our local, state and federal government.. We all must fight for our God given Freedom & Liberties before we wake up one day in a very different America then our Founding Fathers left us and realize that our elected officials squandered it all away because they cared little for the tax payer and only for self-gratification. I know I am in a tough race and that my apponent Norman Brown and his people will do what ever it takes to maintain the status quo at the Court House; But with your help we can change the makeup and the direction of the Court, The Citizens Need and Deserves a More people friendly Court House and More Job Opportunities. The National average unemployment rate 10%, Texas 8.1% While in Liberty County currently at 11.3% This is unecceptable and it appears that even our local elected officials do not get it!!!. SO IF YOU ARE WITH ME LETS SHOW THEM THE DOOR,,.. And Help Me On March 2,2010.. Please make sure you are registered to VOTE and tell all your freinds to Please Vote for Paul Kelly a Conservative... It doesn't matter if you are Democrat, Independent, Republican or none of the above I Need Your Vote ! Thank You and God Bless!..
