GOP Stalls Healthcare Bill
WASHINGTON, December 19, 2009 - Many Republicans intentionally dragged out a debate on a defense spending bill, hoping that in turn would hold up the health care bill Democrats want to pass before Christmas. Nancy Cordes reports.
