The Council may not participate in any discussion and cannot vote on the subject you present. Absent an emergency, the earliest time the Council might discuss and vote on your topic will be the next City Council meeting. Individuals and/or a group representatives who have placed an item on tonight’s agenda, will be allowed to make brief comments when that agenda item is opened for discussion.
