Bill White to Run for Senate

HOUSTON, December 16, 2008 -City of Houston Mayor Bill White announced his intentions to run for the US Senate in 2010. He intends to run for the Senate seat being vacated by Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson when she resigns to run against Rick Perry in a bid to become Texas Governor.
