Dayton City Council to Meet in Special Meetings Friday DAYTON, September 9, 2008 - Dayton City Council will meet in two Special Called Meetings on Friday. See agendas below. Informational Items: 1. All persons wishing to address the Council under this agenda topic shall sign in at the podium and shall be limited to a 3- minute presentation.
