(a) Citizen Comment Period

1. All persons wishing to address the Council under this agenda topic shall sign in at the podium and shall be limited to a 3- minute presentation. The Council may not participate in any discussion and cannot vote on the subject you present. Absent an emergency, the earliest time the Council might discuss and vote on your topic will be the next City Council meeting. Individuals and/or a group representatives who have placed an item on tonight’s agenda, will be allowed to make brief comments when that agenda item is opened for discussion.

(1) Consider and possible action on DCDC request to amend its FY 07/08 budget.

(2) Consider and possible action on DCDC request to amend its FY 08/09 budget.

(3) Consider and possible action on Ordinance No. 2008-18 approving and adopting the budget for the Dayton Community Development Corporation for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2008 and ending September 30, 2009.

(4) Consider and possible action on the approval of Resolution No. 2008-19 authorizing the creation of an Employee’s Benefit Trust.

(1) Consider and possible action on establishing the Operations of the Employee’s Benefits Trust and approval of the Declaration of Trust.

(2) Consider and possible action adopting the City of Dayton Investment Policy as the policy for investment for the City of Dayton Employee’s Benefits Trust.

(3) Consider and possible action designating the depository for the City of Dayton Employee’s Benefits Trust as the same depository utilized by the City of Dayton.

(4) Consider and possible action designating signatories for the City of Dayton Employee’s Benefit Trust.

(5) Consider and possible action designating and authorizing the annual auditors for the City of Dayton to conduct an audit for the City of Dayton Employee’s Benefit Trust at such time that the audit for the City of Dayton is conducted.

(6) Consider and possible action awarding contract for Employee Medical and Pharmacy Insurance.

(7) Consider and possible action awarding contract for Employee Voluntary Dental Insurance.

(8) Consider and possible action awarding Employee Life/AD&D Insurance and Employee/Dependent Supplemental Life Insurance.
