Consider Giving the Gift of Life

LIBERTY, December 6, 2006 – During the season of giving,  LifeShare Blood Center would like to remind everyone of four remaining area blood drives this year.

• The blood drives will be held at the following locations and times.
• Liberty Dayton Community Hospital on Dec. 14 from 1 PM until 7 PM
• First Liberty National Bank Platelet Drive on Dec 16th from 10 AM until 4 PM.
• Wal-Mart on Dec. 26th from 9 AM until 5 PM.
• St. Joseph the worker Caatholic Church on Dec 28th from 4 PM until 8 PM.

The demand for blood increases around holidays. Blood needs to be in the hospitals waiting for you when needed. This is something that you can not wait for. Please take time and donate so that someone will have the chance for another Christmas.

Platelet donors require a 2 hour appointment. Call Dorothy Nettles at 936 298-2689. T-Shirts will be given to all donors.
