Republican Candidates Sign Up for Primary Election

LIBERTY, December 5, 2005 - Liberty County Republicans met today at 11:00AM for candidates to sign up to run in the upcoming Republican Primary Election in the spring.

From Left to Right, Larry Wilburn, Craig McNair, Kim Harris, Bobby Rader, Paulette Williams, Alan Tidwell and Monty Odom.

The meeting was held at the Liberty County Republican Headquarters on Travis Street in downtown Liberty.

There were forms to file out, fees to be paid and in general a lot of work to do by the candidates running for office.

Charlotte Kramer, Vice Chairman of the Liberty County Republican Party assisted candidates with questions.

According to Kramer, the following candidates have signed up to run in the primary election.
